How it works:
Psychotherapy is a collaborative process, and begins as we get to know each other. There are many tools we can use, and I can be your guide to setting goals, and choosing the ways to work to help you reach those goals.
The process starts the moment that you pick up the phone or send me an email. We can discuss expectations, my qualifications, scheduling, and payment, to see if we might be a good match. At our first appointment, I'll have some questions, and we can set a course for our work together.
